Better Bodies 4 Us, L.L.C. creates and enacts training programs for lead teachers, assistant teachers and staff of Afterschool and Before School programs that help them experience, firsthand, how to quickly engage students upon entering their facility. This program implements activities which require little to no equipment in a fun and noncompetitive environment. Participants are involved in a true warm-up, activity of the day and cool-down to better understand how to connect with their students
